Group Descent and journey of 2 to 3 days

With your family, friends, in seminar, clubs, associations …

In a familial or friendly funny meeting or after a hard seminar, the canoe descent is a mean to share fun in all security and in an exceptional landscape.
As a group requires a specific organisation, we answer to your requests.  For example we can pick up a group at their accommodation, organise a picnic along the river, book the visit of a touristic site ….
Unless you request it, a formed monitor is not compulsory.  We teach you everything you need to use correctly your canoe and to know all the security rules.

School groups, summer camp.

For  school groups or summer camps, a certificated monitor is compulsory.
For young children’s groups, our monitors can initiate them on a stretch of smooth water.  This will enable them to limit the difficulties of canoeing on the river.
A monitor can have 16 persons at the most.  This number can be lowered for young children.  (Contact us).
On the other hand if your group is bigger, it is possible to divide the group so that the first one would do canoeing in the morning and the other the afternoon.  Another activity can be proposed to the group which is not on the river.

A monitor is available for the day or half-day according to the chosen option.
Our program : security rules, initiation, discovery of the valley and consciousness-raising to the fauna and flora.
Set price for a half-day with a monitor: 150 euros
Set price for a day with a monitor: 200 euros

Pay attention !  It is necessary to book rather early for a descent in July and August.
A several-day journey
For the lovers of canoe who would like to take time to discover all the richness of the Vézère, we propose to hire a canoe for 2 or three days.
According to your interest and planning you can descent the about 52 km from Montignac to Limeuil differently.

Price per day and person : 20 euros
Included in the price :
- a two-seater canoe,
-a waterproof container per person to take your personal belongings for the journey,
- a simple or double paddle, a life jacket,
- a chain to attache your canoe at the end of the day,
- a transfert by minibus.
Not included in our price :
- the accommodation and the meals.  We can advise you on the possible accommodation along the river.
